Envoici provides an audit log that allows you to track recent activities performed by users in the system.
Quick View:
- On the Dashboard, a quick overview of recent activities is displayed.
- For a more detailed report, click on View All Activities.
Detailed Audit Log:
To view detailed user activities, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Recent Activities: Go to Reports > Other Reports > Recent Activities.
- You will see a detailed log of user actions, which includes:
- File Creation: Displays files created by the user, including the date and time.
- File Deletion: Shows deleted files along with the date and time of deletion.
- File Updates: Displays any updates made to existing files, including the date and time.
- Search and Filter Activities: Use the User drop-down menu to view activities for a specific user and the Start Date and End Date field to filter activites by date.
This audit log provides a comprehensive view of user activity, helping you track changes made to the system.
