You can cancel your Envoici subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
- Go to https://envoici.com/customer-dashboard/ and sign in to your account. If you’re already on the Envoici homepage, click the account icon in the top right corner to reach the sign-in page.
- Once signed in, you’ll land on your Dashboard. Under Plans, click Envoici Monthly Subscription.
- On the Current Plan page, click Cancel Plan in the upper right corner.
- A short form will appear asking why you’re cancelling. Select a reason, add a note in the text box, and click Continue.
- A confirmation box will appear. Click Cancel Plan to finish. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can renew any time before then if you change your mind.
