Recording Inventory for Finished Goods produced

Manufacturing units primarily require the recording of production of finished goods. When you record the units produced, the inventory for the given product will be added in the stock. This helps in knowing the actual levels of your final product and also allows you to raise invoices.

You can record the finished goods produced via following steps:

Step 1:Go to Items > Manage Stock > Received for Sales

Step 2: Click on Add new Record

Please select the Date and then Select Warehouse in which you want to record the inventory. Then Select the Product from the drop down. You need to enter the Per Unit Value while creating this voucher. This will be used for inventory valuation. Then enter the units produced.

You can record the voucher after entering the description in the Details section.
